Vindaloo cuŕry wine
Vindaloo wine is a completely new experiment, one which is on going. If you fancy trying this, prior to the daring taste test, the recipe is below.
RECIPE
1 cup of salt free Vindaloo powder
6 juniper berries
3 cloves
6 pepper corns
1.2 kg sugar
1 packet general purpose wine yeast
Water to 1 gallon
METHOD
Dissolve your sugar in half of your water, and pour into a demijohn.
Add your vindaloo mix, and other spices.
Top up with cold water to the shoulder of the demijohn.
Add your yeast and stir well.
All to ferment, and top up once the initial vigourous fermentation has passed.
